Pulp ＆ Paper Water Filter and Softener Valves
The quality of water directly impacts the quality of pulp and paper.
RUNXIN filter valves remove impurities in water by utilizing quartz sand and activated carbon. Then, softeners are applied to reduce the hardness of the water and improving the quality of paper production.
Water with a high degree of impurities will reduce the whiteness and strength of paper. Water with a high degree of impurities will cause losses to sizing materials because calcium and magnesium salt in water creates a damaging chemical reaction. Water full of calcium and magnesium will interfere with pulp washing and can form scale on the internal wall of the evaporator used for soda recovery and on the interior of the vacuum pump.
