Application
Plastic hardware manufactured in large quantities require a high degree of uniformity when heating to guarantee their shape and quality. To meet these demands and prevent deformation, JLYQ suggests the following solutions:
- Low heating temperature under 100 °C to prevent overheating and deformation.
- A hot air oven is suggested to maintain uniform heating through hot air circulation.
- Custom tunnel oven or stack convention oven is available to fulfill the needs of large scale heating.
