Drying Oven
When you want to produce Non-glue cotton or polyester wadding, you will need one drying oven which can melt low melting point fiber of fiber web, increase the tension of fiber web and promote drying for the glue on the spray-bonded nonwovens. You will need this drying oven especially when you want to produce more than 10mm nonwoven fabrics, because conventional needling process cannot satisfy your needs and the drying oven can increase the tension of fiber web after you put multilayer bedding of fiber web from last process together.
