1. The drill bit employs medium profile optimization design. It is applicable in soft/medium soft stratum.
2. The balance design for cutting structure accompanied with the asymmetric blade design keeps the drill bit balanced, and contributes to high stability.
3. The utilization of high-performance composite film helps to extend the life of PDC drill bits.
4. The damping blades allow the drill bits to penetrate some hard stratum.
5. We use a dynamic flow field simulation technique, and modified drill bit hydraulic design to strengthen the cleaning and cooling capacity of drill bits, as well as to prevent the bits from being blocked by mud.
6. With the surfacing material with high erosion resistance, and the advanced substrate surface hardening technology, the drill bits are protected well from corrosion.
7. A modified water hole design is adopted to prevent the internal flow channel of drill bits from getting corroded.
