Customized solutions are finalized by our expert teams, and through 3 decades of continuous effort, Mountain Welding has assembled a professional design and development team with expertise in mechanical design, electrical design, welding technique design, hydraulic and pneumatic system design. All system simulations are carried out with SolidWorks Design Software and Finite Element Analysis.

Our systems are normally designed by experts in our California branch, with the team including specialists in mechanics, electrical, welding, hydraulic and pneumatic integrating design. The full system is designed according to American standards, and utilizes the most advanced global techniques, with all main parts supplied by top, internationally known suppliers to ensure long-term, reliable operation.

The complete procedure includes solution design, client communication, manufacturing, assembly, improvement, installation and commissioning. Each step is also continuously adjusted according to specific requirements for an optimum efficiency and performance.

Our factory has more than 80 skilled employees and dozens of advanced processing equipment pieces, including CNC lathes, CNC boring milling machines, CNC cutting machines, electric spark machines, and paint spray booths, allowing us to independently produce resistance welding equipment and hydraulic equipment. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of a variety of fixtures for welding and assembly of different products, aided by our strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality management system standards. Due to our ability to independently complete most production processes, we offer flexible customization and strictly control both product quality and the delivery date.

After the welding machine’s production is complete, we carry out strict testing procedures. Our factory is equipped with a 1500kVA power source for testing complete welding equipment sets, ensuring only qualified products will be sent out for delivery.

The key components of our automatic welding production line are purchased from internationally known brands to ensure the exceptional performance and stability of our full production line. These components feature an excellent versatility, allowing users to purchase off-brand accessories to reduce machine downtime and maintenance costs without sacrificing compatibility and performance.

• CNC welding control system: MIYACHI and BOSCH control systems.
• Hydraulic servo control system: BOSCH proportional servo valve and servo controller, cooperating with a German BALLUFF linear position sensor, PARKER servo hydraulic cylinder and YUKEN hydraulic valve and pump from Japan.
• Servo-pneumatic control system: German FESTO and SMC products and techniques from Japan. Both FESTO and SMC are long-term suppliers for Mountain Welding.
• Robotic system: Mountain Welding has established long-term partnerships with ABB Robotics and Panasonic Robotics.
• Servo motor drive system: we utilize products and techniques from Siemens, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, ABB and other international names as our long-term suppliers.
• PLC programmable control system: uses a PLC programmable control system from Allen-Bradley from USA, Siemens, Mitsubishi and others, working con conjunction with the man to machine interface from Japan’s DIGITAL.
