Meet the sanitary requirements
In order to clean easily, the inlet, outlet, hole and welding place of the stainless steel tanks and reactors all adopt flange pulling techniques to produce a circular transition region so that the surface is smooth and no dead space for cleaning. The seals of shaft adopt special hygienic grade mechanical seals. The valves are all sterile sampling valves and sterile tank bottom valve to make sure the material will not be contaminated. If you have stricter sanitary requirements for reactor vessels or formulation tanks, NJR can equip the 121℃ steam inline sterilization system with hygienic grade pressure gauge.
Flexible customization to satisfy your exact requirements
According to your production needs, NJR provides flexible customization including:
- if mixing is needed, NJR provides different kinds of baffle which can be fixed in different place in the mixing tank with speed ranging from 10rpm to 120rpm. You can also choose constant speed mixing or poleless speed-adjusting mixing.
- the outer surface of tank body is all-welded 304 stainless steel plate while the insulation material is hydrophobic aluminum silicate salt felt.
- the top of tank can be equipped with hydrophobic gas filter whose pore size can be 0.2μm
- normally, a temperature monitor system equipped with high-borate glass sight glass will be designed so that the operator can know the condition inside the reactor conveniently.
- the jacket can be conventional jacket, plate coils, dimple jackets;
- the level gauge can be hydrostatic pressure level sensors or magnetic level sensors;
- other fittings like quick opening manhole, sight mirror, thermometer, sampling hole, respirator, CIP cleaner, inlet and outlet, reserve hole, hot/cold medium inlet and outlet and so on can all be customized according to the clients’ requirements.
