Fluidized Bed Dryer
In the spray drying process, the fluidized bed dryer used by Helipont is divided into three sections, and every section is controlled under a different temperature range. The drying part is the core of the spraying granule technology, as poor drying environments will result in inferior products.
In the drying process of paraformaldehyde, the control on the fluidized state and the retention of product granularity have relationship of interaction and contradiction, however the fluidized-bed dryer of Helipont was specially designed to solve this issue effectively.
