Modular Multihead Weigher
Our modular multihead weigher was developed with an individual vibration design on each feeding lane to separately control the product feeding thickness, optimizing weighing accuracy. The entire body of the weigher is made from high-quality aluminum alloy to support stronger impact force when dealing with hard or metallic products. The modular circular weigher allows for the adjustment of the dropping frequency in case of material blockage in the pool bucket which can cause weighing inaccuracy.
This series of modular multihead weigher adopts CAN (controller area network) bus technology and Modbus communication protocol to realize merge operation on the multihead weigher and packing machine, this saves time and enhances production efficiency with a one-step dosing, weighing and packing line.
